What do I have to do to return my product? Register your return via our email address info@deinternetgigant.nl
- Prepare your product for the return journey:
- Pack your product well and securely. It is best to use the original packaging for this. This way you keep your product damage-free and we might be able to make someone else happy with it. Do you no longer have the original packaging at home? No problem, we will examine the condition of your returned product and determine the depreciation on this basis;
- Send the packaging in a sturdy box that you close well;
- Delete your data and account where necessary.
- Within one hour after registering your return, you will receive a confirmation email with a returns number and shipping label. Print the shipping label and tape it to the outer box.
- Send your package back for free via e-mail PostNL point close to you.
- Sit back and keep an eye on the status.
